Mosto oil is the oil obtanined as it comes from the mill, without any filtering, with a delicate flavor and a very soft aroma, with distinct components of pine nuts and olives from Taggiasca' Callected directly from the plant and pressed within 24 hours, so that they remain with its original characteristics and nutritional values, present in the fruit.

In the kitchen, used raw: in vinaigrettes, which enhances the flavor of vegetables, salads,
and on bruschettas.
Also excellent on cooked foods: soups, rice, pasta, grilled or steamed vegetables,
meats and fish.
