MACARONI WITH OLIVES


Ingredients for 4 people:

400 gr. of macaroni, 100 gr. Ferrari filtered Extra virgin Olive Oil, 2 cloves of garlic cropped, 4 fresh tomatoes cropped or 2 spoons of tomato sauce, 20 big black olives, 4 bay leaves.

Method:

Brown the 2 cloves of garlic cropped, 4 fresh tomatoes cropped or 2 spoons of tomato sauce dissolved in little water, 20 big pitted black olives, 4 bay leaves in 100 gr of Ferrari filtered Extra virgin Olive Oil.

Let simmer until the sauce is thick.

In the meantime cook the macaroni in boiling salted water. When they're cooked pour them in a hot plate.

Mix very well the sauce with the macaroni and grate the Parmesan cheese of Pecorino cheese.
