Bruschetta


Bruschetta classica

Ingredient for 4 people:

4 piece of homemade bread, 2 cloves of garlic,4 spoons of Ferrari Filtered Extravigin Olive Oil, salt, black pepper.

Prep. time: 5 min.

Method:
Toast the pieces of bread, preferably on wood embers.

Rub some garlic in the slices and drizzle half a teaspoon of olive oil on each slice; then add salt and black pepper freshly ground.



Bruschetta campagnola

Ingredients for 1 person:

1 loaf of durum wheat bread, rustic salami, sweet chilli, shelled broad beans, Ferrari Filtered Extravigin Olive Oil, salt, black peppercorns.

Prep. time: 10 min.

Method:
Cut the loaf of bread in 1 inch pieces; roast them on a hot grill and add the rustic salami, fresh shelled broad beans and slices of pecorino cheese. Season with a pinch of salt, a handful of pepper and a drizzle half a teaspoon of olive oil.


 


Vegetarian Bruschetta 

Ingredients for 4 people:

12 pieces of bread, 3 firm and ripe tomatoes, 2 roasted green peppers, 1 red onion, Ferrari Filtered Extravigin Olive Oil, fresh basil, rosemary, garlic, salt and oregano.

Prep. time: 10 min.

Method:

Dice the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Put them in a pie dish with salt, olive oil, fresh basil, and oregano; cut into strips the rostated green  peppers and put them a pie dish with saltand 2 spoons of olive oil, and garlic; then brown the red onion thinly cut with 2 spoons of olive oil, rosemary and salt. When it's dried turn off the gas. Toast the piaces of bread and arrange on a serving plate and put on top the ingredients alternating vegetables. Serve hot.




Bread, olive Oil and tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 pieces of homemade bread, 1 tomato,15-20 gr. Ferrari Filtered Extravigin Olive Oil, salt.

Prep. time: 10 min.

Method:

Rub a ripe tomatoes (better if small) in a slice of bread; season with Ferrari Filtered Extravigin Olive Oil and a pinch of salt.

This healthy food can replace some kid "snacks" rich in dyes and animal fats harmful to health.
