Pinzimonio

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 Kg of vegetables (fennels, artichokes, carrots, celery etc.) 4 bowls of Ferrari filtered Extra virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper.

 

Method:
Wash the vegetables very well and arrange them in a nice plate on the table. 
Give to guests a bowl of olive oil and tell them to put a pinch of salt and little pepper if they like to enhance the flavor. 

Suggest to your guests to start with the most delicate vegetables and than the most tastier, dipping abundantly in the bowl. It will be amazing.
